SL Market – mis-sending problem

最近ブログ停滞気味まゆです。

すっかりわすれてました。いろいろ。よくありがちなSL Marketplaceのトラブルですが、先月とんでも複雑なトラブルにあいました。で、ちょっと気まずいことも。

TRUTH HAIR Julietteのdark blondeを購入したのですが、マーケットからLagの問題からか?送付されなかったのでリンデンサポートに伺いをたてました。でこんな風に書いたのです。

hmm. I ordered TRUTH Cindy – dark blondes but you re-delivered TRUTH HAIR Juliette – blondes…why is different….’dark blondes’ from ‘blondes’?differ ads for authors?

yes checking in ‘English’ order # 1296604344 is: TRUTH HAIR Juliette – blondes
but checking in “Japanese’ order # 1296604344 is TRUTH Cindy – dark blondes
(attached the files about differences between snapshot_#1296604344_written_in_english.jpg and snapshot_#1296604344_written_in_Japanese.jpg.even though you cant read any Japanese,you can see the my order TRUTH Cindy – dark blondes.if you cant understand it you should ask someone for help to read Japanese!)
what the difference happens? just wondering why..Could you explain about that? mistranslated ads by authors or you linden lab?
P.S I just mistook twice attached snapshot_#1296604344_written_in_english.jpg..sorry my apologize….

なんと、注文内容がかわってるんですね、これが、
あたしは泣き寝入りたくなかったので、
ここから誰が悪いのか問い合わせをしていきます。
ここから少しエキサイトしすぎました><反省。。。

I’ve looked at the attachments that you have provided and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I’ve looked into this issues and have been advised that even tho it is a rare occurrence, sometimes when items are translated in listings, they are not translated properly by the system .
A few things you may want to do, is to contact the merchant and let them know what happened. See if they are willing to send you the item you actually intended to purchase.
Also you can feel free to submit a bug report but going to the following link https://jira.secondlife.com
This was the Dev Team can looking into this and work on a fix for this issue,

So is it your linden fault or merchant’s fault? I did’t make sense why the translation didnt work correctly in this case.you should tell me what happened in detail.

I am afraid I cant ask him till you tell who (or what) is the fault.I mean he might not cope with it if he doesn’t know the fault.

翻訳ミスについて指摘があり、バグレポートをだせというのと、販売元にいってもらってくれとあります。しかしこの翻訳どっちが悪いかわからないと普通、くれるものもくれません。それはそうですよね、販売元だってミスがなければ、自分のせいでないから、リンデンと解決してくれといわれると思いました。

なので引き続き責任所在をたずねます。

okay got that I will contact with merchant to tell deliver failure because of mis-translating by you Linden system.but I am much afraid he would not deliver correct product because of your fault.I might ask you to refund if he wouldn’t do that.

Oh my I mistook closing this issue so I would re-open and will have opened till I solve the issue.so I would report again talking with merchant.

ここでリンデン側に問題あったということを認めるという話ですが、バグレポートだせと、販売元に聞けと催されます。しかし、販売元に問題がない以上最悪対応ないかもしれません。そこで最悪は返金しろとといいました。

と一度誤ってクローズしたと思いました、が、これがこのオペレータ側でやったのを知るのはこの後。

Got that but I should ask merchant first then submit the report.I MUCH WONDERING YOU CLOSE THE ISSUE NOT SOLVED.You MUST NOT CLOSE THE ISSUE TILL I SOLVE THE ISSUE!

で彼女はレポート出せの一点張りになり、勝手にクローズしました。
いやぁ、普通ならサポートがこういうことやったら日本だったら消費者庁もの。
いあ、そうでなくとも電話でどなりつけます。

ですがアメリカでは特にコンシューマビジネスでは売り手と買手に対する平等意識が強く、いやだったら対応しないよ!ということを平然とやります。最近日本の外資系ベンダーのサポートがそうですよね、昔Dellでオペレータのミスでデータをすっ飛ばして、、Dell側を責めたのですが、上の人がでてきたので、機器を修理として扱い、対応してくれいうたところ、無視され一方的に打ち切り。

SLでの一方的打ち切りでホントエキサイトしたくなりましたが、最悪アカウント停止とかやりかねないので、とりあえずはこの旨をつくったオーナーさんに問い合わせます。オーナさんはノートでしか受け付けない。またオーダID、名前は明記とあるので明記します。

結果全色もらえました。よっぽど苦労わかってくれたのかなぁ。それにしても困りました。。。なんとかなったし全色もらったので、まぁ引っ込めておきましょう。
