Unfortunately, since the sale was not between yourself and linden lab, we cannot process a refund for you. I would have to ask that you continue to seek contact with the creator and seller of the item. They will have to be the one to either refund you or send another copy of the item.

I am afraid to say I have IMed the seller twice and tell her the issue to your support..but I HAVE NO REPLY FROM HER YET.I just sent notecard written about the issue to her.I do hope she reply some but if she didn’t reply,what should I do for it?

I havent replied yet…I have heard there are bug issue in your jira.secondlife.com about incorrect merchandise sending from SL marketplace… how about it ? please let me know if you have the issue and how about fix going.
