iPhone streamingの続きを実家帰省中に書こうか思ったのですが、別でトラブル発生なため、書けませんでした。困ったのは、テロオブジェクトのことです。どんなのかというと、

①透過プリムであって、 ‘Ctrl+Alt+T’でないと見えない。
②鉄人28号？だっけ？のパーティクルが煙のようにでまくり、カフェにも入ってくる。
③近くにいる相手の名前を収集し、オブジェクト名を変更する
④リンデンへのヘイトスピーチをする。これが結構ひどい内容。おまいらリンデンの羊とか..をいをい。
⑤ダンスとかでおなじみのアニメ操作承認を送りつけてくる。それもオブジェクト名が人の名前だからその人が依頼しているのではと勘違いを起こす。

とにかくAbuse Reportをinworld reporting system (というそうです）、でレポートを送付。とにかくこの反応が遅いのなんのって。結局月曜日からクレームをいいまくって、今日の朝全てが取り除かれる始末。文章はしまいにはこんな風になってました….

‘as just before I reported I would report again and again.the object put out much particles around and more got the name and says hate speech near around.I much appreciate if you could get rid of as soon as possible.’

『さっきも何度かレポートだしてるけどとにかく名前を当たりからとって（オブジェクト名）にして、ヘイトスピーチするからとっとと取り除いてくれるとありがたい』って内容です。

‘I’ve reported 3 times about Spankyman abuse objects but I would report again about his abuse objects in detail.he would control avatar animation coming here in Tofte but this object is not here at my own land – far away from the land someone has in Tofte.so do please remove his objects immediately! it is too much annoyed and more I own my chat cafe from here.his abuse objects make the customers dangerous because of his abuse objects!!’

これはもうイライラした内容ですね….もうとっと取り除け！ぐらいに怒ってました。
でもなかなか対応が遅いので、その置いてあったオーナにも、取り除き依頼をします。

hello XXXX I am mayuka the neighbor now living near your land ‘YYYY’ I would tell you Spankyman puts many(12-13) abuse objects on your land.they put out much ‘Robot pics’ particles,say hate speech to linden just like spam bots.and more – I too much annoyed – change themselves names automatically given from avatars near around.(you can see the names like avatar names).I much appreciate if you could remove as soon as possible,just before I reported to Linden as abuse objects.Thanks -mayuka

一部の人間はこれで取り除いてくれたけどなかなか反応悪いですね…で、プレミアアカウントのサポート依頼で書いてみました。

Hello I would reported the abuse objects Spankyman set anywhere here in Tofte.Some of them are removed by land owners who I asked removing the objects.but most of them are still here – too much annoyed and I am sure they are too much ‘dangerous’ for residents here in Tofte and visitors:
1.They are hidden object – we can’t see without ‘Ctrl+Alt+T’.
2.They spread much robot pics particles – makes much annoyed.
3.They change themselves name automatically gathering the avatar name around them to get themselves name.
4.They shout hate speech for your Linden Lab.
5.They asked they would control my avatars like dance HUD.

I would much appreciate if you could cope with it as soon as possible.Please remove all of objects Spankyman has set here in Tofte for our safety.he is the ‘terrorist’ for our residents and you Linden – should be banned from this game.

P.S. I would attach some pics about Spankyman’s objects later because my internet environment here now I am staying is very poor…I would send the pics this weekend when going back to Tokyo.

I much appreciate if you could remove all of his abuse object from Tofte.

Lorn Avro is the resident name – the object get the name automatically from the resident around the object.

Just before I’ve reported below with inworld reporting system and add the 2 pics attached his objects trying to control avatar animation control:

Hello mayuka,

I am sorry, but we are unable to assist with abuse related issues via Chat, Case & over the Phone. We do not have the ability or the necessary tools to do so. A separate department from us handles and investigates all abuse related issues.

As long as you have included all relevant information in your report, then the Governance team will further investigate the report. No further action is needed but you can continue to file a report against the resident regarding each incident that occur.

Hopefully, your report is resolved soon.

要するに対応は別部署だからねーという解答。何のプレミアだか..ホント。

ただ、このオブジェクトって土地にいる名前を記録して自分のオブジェクト名にするという機能があって、ひたすら記録しまくってくれるので、XXX Lindenという人がわんさかきてることがわかって、調べてたみたいです。で、とにかくインワールドレポートシステムから報告をどしどししてくれとのことだったので、とにかく報告しまくりました…文章の最初にも書きましたがホントイラっとすること何度か。

以前ならこういう対応ってLindenって意外に早かったのですが、ホント対応が遅くなりました…もう根気よくやるしかってところですね。

まぁ、リンデンだけでなく西海岸系企業はこういう対応は遅い会社は多かったりします。なので泣き寝入ったり逆ギレしてもあまり誰得もしませんから、とにかく丁寧にまず説明して、同じ事もひたすら言い続ける。あまり言い方悪いですが、アメリカ人はとかく物忘れ激しいです。なので対応してもらってなかったりしてもとにかく同じ事なんどもいわすなではなく、なんども同じ事を主張して、対応をしてもらうよう根気よくやりましょう。
