深夜に投稿すると消してまうなぁ、見事消してしまったので、書き直し＞＜

えっと最近お隣の東海岸のアメリカ人より土地を身請けしました。リンデン海隣接で、広さは8192平方メートル。さすがに全部買う余裕はありません。ただ、双方この交渉には考えがあって、両方ともこの土地をヘンな人間に取得させたくないという意図があります。というのも過去ヘンなのがきて荒らしたことがあって近所同士で共同対応する、ということをやっています。ちなみにこの紳士な方。過去にブログかいた、誤ってbanを働かせてしまった方で、根はすごくいい紳士で、奥様とDJ業をやるため1SIMを購入。そのために土地が不要になったとのこと。

で、交渉のポイントは。
①予算は少ないけどいい条件でたとえ広さが小さくとも購入はしておきたい
②できる限り広くもあるけど、変なのが入り込めない広さにしたい。
③双方②は一致しているのでそれをテコにしたい。

というところです。

で下記がネゴのログ。I am afraid toと下手にでて、とりあえず4096とターゲットを定めて交渉してます。海側を買収することで他の人間がこの土地への興味が薄れるよう考えました。

最終的には4096㎡を12,000L$で取得。いいお買い物でした。とにかく紳士であったこと、それで彼の海側の土地は全部買収できたのはよかったです。

あとは土地グレードがあがったのがいたいなぁ。どうしよう。。。この土地。

もう一つ。

最近SL Marketplaceでジャグジーを買ったのですが別のもので木箱(!)をおくってきたので、交渉しますた。

で、下記、３回に渡り送付しました。あくまで下手でね。ただし２度目以上はTWICEとか強めに書きます。強気にでるところと弱気にでるところはさじ加減です。うまく使います。２度はIM、３回目はノートカードで。返信は来ません。いっこうに。

I just bought your ‘luxury jacuzzi with 10 animations’ from SL marketplace but I received the box object that wont be opened – 1 plimed wood box`..1 prim wood object that won’t be opened…I just wondering why…TWICE I have tried to IM to you but you haven’t replied yet.so Could you please send me the correct one or refund?

そこでリンデンサポートに問い合わせ。どうも送付システムにバグがあるらしいとのこと。これも鑑みて交渉します。なお、一度目は再度クリエータさんと交渉しろときたので返信こなかったどーすんの？とごねました。ごねるのもテクニックです。
①初めては弱めに。
②結果としてこちらが不利であればちょっと強めに。
③それでも不利なら強気にでる。あくまでクールに。

いいたいことを大文字でいうというのもテクニックです。よく強調ってあるでしょ？それです。

Thank you for contacting Linden Lab support! I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with rezzing the items you purchased. I know how frustrating that must be for you and I do apologize.
Unfortunately, since the sale was not between yourself and linden lab, we cannot process a refund for you. I would have to ask that you continue to seek contact with the creator and seller of the item. They will have to be the one to either refund you or send another copy of the item.

I am afraid to say I have IMed the seller twice and tell her the issue to your support..but I HAVE NO REPLY FROM HER YET.I just sent notecard written about the issue to her.I do hope she reply some but if she didn’t reply,what should I do for it?

I havent replied yet…I have heard there are bug issue in your jira.secondlife.com about incorrect merchandise sending from SL marketplace… how about it ? please let me know if you have the issue and how about fix going.
